• Sign up and pay for your drop-in pass here.
• You will then be prompted to schedule your class.
• Arrive a few minutes before and check-in digitally at our front desk.
• Introduce yourself to the coach and jump into a class!
Have a minimum of 3-months of functional fitness or CrossFit experience.

We have 3 Locations in the city, make sure you are attending the one with the class time that works for you
Uptown: 8422 Burthe St
Downtown: 1309 Magazine St
Midcity: 3610 Toulouse St
Parking :
Uptown - there is ample street parking
Downtown - in front of building parking and limited street parking
Midcity - we have a private lot and we can use the lot next door in front of Wrong Iron during daytime hours
New to CrossFit?
We love sharing our passion for CrossFit with others. If you have never done CrossFit before, please book a personal training session with us. DO NOT show up to a regular group class without prior CrossFit/Functional Fitness experience. Our regular classes can be busy and we want you to have an optimal first experience.
Open Gym:
We can sometimes accommodate open gym times. Please sign into an open gym time slot if one is available. Also, send us an email to info@crossfitnola.com if you have a specific request!
Please note that our classes will have priority on equipment.
Water fill up:
We do have a filtered water system for you to fill up your water bottle. It gets hot at our gym so please stay hydrated!! We also have water available to purchase for $2
T-Shirt Exchange:
Due to the number of drop-ins that we get, we do not accept shirts in exchange for the drop-in fee. (One can never have enough T-shirts but they don’t pay the bills).
Refunds:
Refunds are only honored for unforeseen travel and medical emergencies. All requests are handled on a case by case basis.
